What is the cancelation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. In these cases, deposits are non-refundable and will be retained.

Cancelations up to 2 hours before your appointment as well as no-shows will be charged in full. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their session may not be accommodated and will be considered a no-show. 

All appointments are considered confirmed once booked, including same-day bookings. We’re unable to make exceptions for any reason (traffic, train delays, illness, etc.).

We understand that things happen (illness, traffic, etc), but please be advised that any changes made within the 24 hours are subject to a late cancelation fee for 50% of your service.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! We offer e-gift cards and physical gift cards both at Hanare and down the street at our sister location, Salon87.

All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. While gift cards may be applied toward any available services or products, they do not guarantee availability for a specific service, date, or time.
